With lighting conditions changing in a matter of seconds I generally switch to manual settings for white balance, f stop, and ISO to help change the exposure, contrast, and temperature of a photograph. I was lucky enough to capture a huge passing storm right at sunset as it moved southwest of us and out to sea.
